Ingredients
- 4 cups. Shredded Chicken
- 1 32 oz. jar your favorite Salsa
- 16 oz. Monetary jack cheese or your favorite
- 4 cans Navy beans or beans of choice
Instructions
- Fully cook your chicken.
- Chop your cheese into cubes, or use shredded cheese.
- Add chicken, cheese, salsa and beans to your crockpot.
- If you want a thicker chili leave the bean juice out, if not leave it in or add 2 cups chicken broth.
- Put your crock pot on low for 6 hours or on high for 4 hours.
- Serve and top with your favorite toppings.

Sour cream and fresh cilantro go REALLY well with the white chicken chili. You can also top it with extra salsa, which some of my family does that too. Cayenne pepper to taste may add that little extra flair of spice if that is your thing.

My favorite is sticky with the monetary jack, but if I have something else on hand, it will go in. The best part, my kids and husband have never been disappointed with any of those options.
