- 1 cup. honey
Instructions
- Directions:
- Add elderberries fresh or dried to a sauce pan.
- Add your water and stir.
- Add your ground cinnamon, ginger powder, whole cloves, and cinnamon sticks.
- Bring to a boil.
- Once it is boiling turn it down to low and let it simmer for about 35 to 40 min.
- Make sure to keep the lid on it and stir occasionally.
- Once it is finished, let it cool down to lukewarm then add the honey. *You don’t want it hot when putting the honey in.Store in a jar or a bottle in the refrigerator.
- Drink 1 tsp twice a day when sick or you feel the symptoms of a sickness coming on.
