Bone broth is believed to help

Bone Broth and your teeth and bones
The collagen in bone broth is known to boost the health of both teeth and gums. The protein content of bone broth can strengthen and support good bone health as well. It’s crazy that bone broth is just now coming back around as a valued ingredient. Years ago, it was used in the kitchen daily if not more.
So… Which bone broth does one drink?
While you can totally drink and use chicken broth, and you will still add valuable nutrition to your body, like a lot of value in using it, especially during cold and flu season.
It is believed that beef bone broth is the better choice. Well, maybe not the better choice as they both are great choices.
Let’s just say it can serve some different purposes to boost ones health.
Beef broth has an amino acid called glycine.
Beef broth has more glycine than chicken because it is made up primarily of type III collagen, this makes it extremely good for gut health.
