"The Best Healthier No Bake Cookie Balls (Nature's Candy)

Ingredients

cup.
rolled oats
you can also use gluten free oats

cup.
coconut shreds
1/2
cup.
ground flaxseed
1/2
cup.
mini dark chocolate chips
1/2
cup.
honey
1/2
cup.
creamy peanut butter
pinch
of sea salt
Instructions
In a small bowl mix honey, peanut butter, and vanilla extract.
In a large bowl mix oats, coconut shreds, ground flaxseed, mini chocolate chips, and a pinch of salt.
Pour wet ingredients into the dry and mix SUPER well.
Now, you can either roll these into energy balls or you can flatten them into an 8x8 baking dish.
If you are using the baking dish, after you flatten it in, place some wax paper or parchment paper on the top and flatten with a spatula.
