Best Healthy Whole Grain Banana Muffins Recipe
Ingredients

whole wheat flour

tsp.
baking powder
1/2
tps salt
3/4
tsp.
cinnamon
1/3
c.
avocado oil
1/2
c.
honey
2
eggs
3
mashed bananas
1/4
c.
hot water
1/2
c.
chopped nuts
optional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325ºF
Start by preparing your mashed bananas and set aside.
In a large bowl, add your whole grain flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon, and mix all your dry ingredients well.
In a medium bowl, mix your eggs, oil, honey, and water.
Once you mix the wet ingredients together, add your mashed banana and mix well.
Pour your wet ingredients into your dry ingredients and gently fold them together until it is well mixed.
If you are using nuts or chocolate chips you can fold them into your batter now.
Line or grease your muffin tin and fill each one 2/3 of the way up.
Bake for 28-30 minutes or until fully cooked.
Let cool on a wire rack until room temperature.

Notes
Loaf pan directions:
If doing a loaf pan, pour your batter into a 5x9 greased dish and bake at @325ºF for 55-60 minutes or until fully cooked.
