Slice apples very thinly and place in skillet.
Add lemon juice, cinnamon and coconut sugar and toss together.
Pour in melted butter and toss well.
Place apples in preheated oven for 10 min.
While the apples are in the oven you will start your topping.
Add in oatmeal, cinnamon, whole grain flour, coconut sugar and butter.
Mix until throughly mixed.
Sprinkle on top of apple mixture.
Bake for 30-35 min or until apples are tender through with a fork.
Top with heavy cream or whipped cream
